Refund

NO REFUND will be entertained after completion of Secondary Verification and receiving KNOX Reset Premium. But IF secondary verification isn’t completed, the user can demand an refund.  

New Refund Policy as of 14th Feb. 2017, states that you have a 30 day refund request period. If the period is over, REFUND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

IN CASE OF DEMANDING REFUND FROM GOOGLE PLAY AFTER COMPLETION OF SECONDARY VERIFICATION, WE MAY FILE A CASE AT A RESOLUTION CENTER AND/OR USE THE LAWS TO SUE THE USER.


Piracy

We may file a DMCA Complaint, Use the laws to sue the author of the website/piracy hub/application etc. 

By pirating our apps, you also infringe our copyrights.

Pirators may face Permanent ISP ban, even they can be jailed (In certain countries).


Damage to Device

We will NOT be responsible for any damage to your device. You may use KNOX Reset Premium on your own risk.

Incase of issues, we will provide 100% customer support.


Misbehaviour

When a situation is out of control of the operator, the operator may lodge a misbehaviour complaint against the user. Depending on the intensity and cause, the developer may ban the user permanently from entering the site, and the apps.


PLEASE NOTE : We will inform most users (or the users who have submitted thier email) if this page changes (even on minor changes)


KNOX Reset Premium not functioning correctly

You should meet all conditions.

If you meet them and KNOX Reset Premium is not working correctly, report an issue.

Under special circumstances, the developer MAY grant full refund.
